How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Be sure to use a working email address for this reason! 

 

 

What size should I order?

Each brand differs in style/sizing. We try to provide guidance in each item description to better serve you. You may email with any sizing questions to Shaeandco@hotmail.com.

 

How do I apply a promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the box that says "Gift card or discount code."

 

Do you give refunds?

We issue an online credit only. Please see the Return Tab at the bottom of our homepage for more information. You can also find the return policy by searching "returns" in the search bar!
