We want you to love your purchases, but if you're not completely satisfied, here’s our return policy for your reference:

1. ONLINE CREDIT ONLY

  • Returns are accepted for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
  • All seasonal/holiday items and sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges (ex. Christmas, thanksgiving).

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and are considered final sale:

  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Bags
  • Sunglasses
  • Beauty products
  • Intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Items purchased with 30% or more off


3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Orders cannot be edited or canceled after checkout.
  • Please ensure all items in your cart are correct before completing checkout.

4. RETURN PROCESS

APPROVAL

  • Please use our return portal  by clicking  here  initiate the return.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and instructions for how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

     

RESTOCKING FEES

Late returns will be charged a 50% restocking fee

SHIPPING

  • Most items are free returns for shipping, when ordering pay attention to details of items return policy. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Report damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order with photos for a resolution.
